Just looking at it , I'd be concerned about how long you could stay seated in that saddle?

You guys should jump on a 2024 KTM 300 XC-W and check out the footpegs and how they mounted them. It's a game changer , the way they angled pegs.

You can easily add a Y-to-Δ to the motor, so that it has 2 gears. Torque is then higher in gear2, by a factor of (1/√3). For that, u need to build an easy triple-switch (a switch containing 3 different connections, but all 3 actuated by 1 single button) Y: The 3 wires´ ends of the 3 Motor-phases are connected together (the 3 phases forming a greek Y). Δ: Each wires´ end of the 3 Motor-phases are connected each to the begin of the next-phase´s wire (the 3 phases forming a greek Δ): The end of phase1-wire to the begin of phase2-wire, the end of phase2-wire to the begin of phase3-wire, and the end of phase3-wire to the begin of phase1-wire. With begin and end, are simply meant, the wire-pieces at the begin or the end of each phase (how many coils each phase has is irrelevant, each phase has always a single begin and end. For example, the begins are at the position, where the 3 wires enter the motor, so, extremelly accesible to solder a switch. To find the ends, u still have to open the motor). No software-change needed, just press the button after closing the throttle. Motor-efficiency remains the same in both configurations.

I think the lower location of the controller is not the best solution; it will be broken by small stones flying from the front wheel if you want to drive off-road.

Привет ! да какже он не похож не на что ??? как по мне что сур рон что похожие +- одно и тоже . 2 колеса , 2 амортизатора спереди и сзади и треугольник между колесами ! но у Вас не треугольник а вынос седла такой же по сути как и у других просто они зашивают эту часть накладками ! а так очень интересно получилось , но я бы центр тяжести расположил бы больше в низу а не по диоганали ! можно было 2/3 точно снизу расположить = это всего лишь мои мысли и я могу ошибаться , но так как батарея с бочонков то можно почти повторять раму ней наверное ! интересно а можно делать батарею с 2х частей и подключать так же
